These blankets create a thermal sleeve around your turbo inlet pipe keeping pipework insulated and maintaining the lowest possible temperatures. As we know, cooler intake temperatures are key to boosting performance of an engine, whilst providing consistent power delivery!
Protect your inlet pipework by insulating from heat from the rest of the engine components. With such close proximity to the turbo and down pipe just below it, heat soak can easily become an issue. Protecting key intake components means your engine will benefit from the lowest possible intake temperatures.
