SHIPPING POLICY
UK DELIVERY
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £30 or more – this must be selected at checkout in order to be eligible. Orders under £30 are subject to delivery costs, calculated on a weight-based pricing system as set per our Royal Mail partner.
All deliveries will be dispatched (From the UK) within 2 working days of receiving an order (usually quicker).
Regardless of shipping option (Free or otherwise) – All shipments will be shipped via a 48hr Tracked Royal Mail service. Should you wish to upgrade this, contact us directly to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
All parcels over the 2kg Royal Mail 48hr weight limit, will be shipped via UPS, utilizing a similar speed service.
Tracking information available on request. All claims of lost/delayed packages will be expected to be made direct through the courier, as Funk Motorsport Ltd. have no visibility of the status of a shipment, beyond that of the standardised tracking information.

IMPORT FEES / TAXES
Please be aware, that most overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and entry taxes at their final point of destination. Any local import duties and taxes that may be due are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods and Funk Motorsport Ltd. are not responsible for any charges incurred.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
Items shown on back order at the time of purchase (and also shown on your emailed invoice – sometimes located in “junk”), will be shipped as soon as these items are back in stock and ready to ship.
If a “Back ordered” item is purchased alongside items which are in stock, the in-stock items will be shipped initially, followed by the “back ordered” items, once they become available.
Items on “Back Order”, are usually replenished within 7 days of them initially entering this status – though can sometimes be expected a little longer. For more accurate details, please contact us prior to purchase, whereby we would be able to provide more accurate details on an item to item basis.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
- Inquiries for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date shown on confirmation invoice.
- Products must be in like new and a resalebale condition to be returned or exchanged.
- Returned products will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Any shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- Email [email protected] to initiate a return and receive return instructions.
WARRANTY
- All Heat Management products are covered under a 6 month warranty for any product defects or issues.
- Turbo Blankets are now designed to be removable for routine turbo maintenance. However, any damage to the exterior surface of the blanket caused by an external heat source is not covered by warranty. Additionally, damage to the outer face of the blanket caused by rubbing or chaffing is not covered. For applications where an external heat source, such as an exhaust or exhaust clamp, may come into contact with the blanket, customers are required to select our ‘inside out’ finish. Funk Motorsport will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from the selection of an incorrect blanket finish for their application.
- Products that are not properly installed or abused beyond their specifications listed will void all warranties.
- Any damage caused by contaminants such as but not limited to oil and other flammable substances are not covered under our warranty.

- All warranty and returns claims are at the sole discression of Funk Motorsport Ltd.
